The facility is a single-story home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, front yard (not fenced), back yard(fenced), enclosed patio, and attached garage. The applicant has designated the living one bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen, dining room, enclosed patio, and back yard (fenced), as part of the day-care. The applicant has designated two bedrooms, one bathroom, front yard, and garage as the off-limit areas. The off-limit bedrooms have key locks on the doorknobs, ensuring these areas are inaccessible to children in care. The facility does not have a fireplace. Cleaning solutions/chemicals, utensils, and sharp knives located in the kitchen, are placed in cabinets located above counter tops. Poisons/Hazardous items are not stored on site, and none were observed. There are no bodies of water on the premises. The toys are age appropriate and in good condition for the potential ages served.
LPA verified there is a working telephone service (cellular service). Licensee stated they use an outdoor play area. There were no poisons or other items observed which could pose a danger to children or if they were observed, they were locked or inaccessible.
