All interviewed staff member disclosed If the staff members observed any child touches other children inappropriately, they would talk to the child and immediately report the incident to the director and the child’s parents. All interviewed staff members denied witnessing any child touched other children’s private part.
All interviewed children stated they did not observe or witness any child touched another children’s private part. All interviewed children disclosed only one child allowed to use the restroom at a time. All children need to wait for their turn to use the restroom. All interviewed children stated they like going to this facility. LPA Nguyen was unable to interview subject child as the parents denied LPA’s request to interview the subject child.
LPA Nguyen contacted six parents by phone and was able to interview three parents only. All three interviewed parents stated they like the facility and all staff members are very nice. Interviewed parents also stated they did not have any concern or issue with the facility.
Based on the information gathered from LPAs' interviews and observation, there is insufficient evidence to corroborate the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged lack of supervision resulting in inappropriate touching between children did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
