Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Corral conducted a Visit with Director Ashley Neitzke to deliver findings for a Complaint received in our Regional office on 08/31/2021. The complaint was regarding an allegation which alleged Staff Commingle Day Care Children. Prior to entering the Facility LPA Corral reviewed the COVID-19 Questionnaire with Director Ashley Neitzke. Upon entry to the facility, there were 7 infants observed in care with 2 staff members providing care and supervision. The 2 teachers were observed playing and interacting with the infants in the play room.

Due to COVID 19 Guidelines, LPA Corral observed staff members wearing face masks, social distancing and following CDC and Dept of Public Health Guidelines. During the inspection it was determined the facility is operating within its licensed capacity and within staffing ratios. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary conducted on 09/27/2021 indicates all facility staff or other individuals who required caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.
