25 | The purpose of this inspection was to conduct an Annual Evaluation of the facility. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hawkins toured the facility inside and outside and met with Program Coordinator Lauralee Cabibi. The overall census observed was 3 preschool staff and 19 preschool children. A review of staff criminal clearance records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions.
Sign in/out, 1st aid/CPR, cleaning supplies storage and drinking water, and carbon monoxide detector, were inspected and meet regulation requirements. The bathrooms are neat and in working order. The facility met all posting requirements. The playground area was inspected and was in good condition.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services (IMS), and a copy is on file with the Licensing Office. Representative stated there are no children currently enrolled who requires IMS services. Staff files and children's records were reviewed. Staff immunizations, record of tuberculosis testing, and health screenings records were present. Children's records were reviewed for medical assessment, immunizations, and emergency contact forms, and there was a separate, complete and current record for each child. Children have been signed in and out with legal signatures. There are no bodies of water or weapons present at the facility.
