Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ketki Desai conducted an announced inspection at this facility for the purpose of changing rooms. There were no children present today, as the session is closed and shall begin upon approval of the new classrooms. Facility Director Ms.Lambert and Facility Chief Financial Officer Mrs. Cicek Chek gave a tour of the three new classrooms.

The licensee has requested to add three new classrooms (Room # 101/ 102 and 103) into the newly built classrooms within the same school complex.

The capacity remains at 39 as before and licensee shall continue to provide care and supervision for 39 preschool children from 4 to 5 years of age, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday in the assigned three new rooms. Office area is located in the front corner of the building and will serve as the temporary isolation area for children until parents arrive.

On today's inspection, LPA observed the new classrooms had the following :
· Age appropriate furniture and equipment’s
· Educations items (Learning and Science activities)
· Arts and Crafts activities.
· Room is well lighted and ventilation.
· Rooms are spacious
· Drinking water is available through personal water bottles & Refiled as needed
· Children bring in their own snacks and lunch, facility has a Vendor where the children have the option to purchase hot meals and snacks. Facility does have additional snacks for children in care
· Manual sign in and out
· CDC Guidelines are being followed.

Total Indoor activity area : 1467'62 divided by 35 = 41'93 ( 42 children)

There is small passage area, where three restrooms are located just across the classrooms with one sink and one toilet in each bathroom.
Total sinks: 3 x 15= 45 and Total toilets : 3 x 15 = 45 ( There is one urinal in the boy's bathroom)

Playground is completely enclosed by a fence. Outdoor activity area is supplied with age and size appropriate equipment including a climbing structure. There is sufficient sand and wood chips for cushioning. There was no change requested to the outdoor activity area. Measurements of the outdoor activity area were previously obtained on 09/20/2016 and measured 6750 square feet. Play yard is outside the classrooms.

Total outdoor activity area: 6750 square feet divided by 90 = 190 children.

Fire Clearance has been received from New Port Fire prevention office granting the capacity for 39 children.

Facility Administrator is current on the required CPR/First Training: Valid up to 6/26/2023

Based on today’s room measurement, Facility has enough Indoor and outdoor space to support 39 Preschool age children (4-5 years old) in Room # 101/ 102 and 103 Operating hours :7.30 am to 6.00 PM.

Exit interview conducted. Notice of Site Visit was posted. Director was informed that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to post it will result in civil penalties of $100.
