Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Desai, Ketki conducted an unannounced Case Management - Licensee initiated inspection for a change in capacity. ( Increasing the Toddler option to 48 children and Decreasing Preschool to 54 children) Total capacity to 102 children.

Upon arrival LPA met with the Director Ms. Cantuna, Ivana .
LPA explained the purpose for the inspection and Director Ms. Cantuna, Ivana contacted the Compliance Coordinator Ms. Sanchez, Arlene at the Guidepost Montessori Head office who stated, that at this time the application for the change in capacity is being withdrawn. An email was sent over to LPA.

Additional documents were obtained.
No change in capacity initiated at this time.

Appeal Rights and Notice of Site visit was issued.
