On 06/06/2022 LPA, Gutierrez conducted an unannounced investigation inspection and met with then director, Kristaloi (Krista) Bartolome. All staff stated that instead of accommodating a child with their challenges, the children are just transferred to a different classroom where the behavior persist.

On 07/18/2022-07/19/2022, 08 Parent interviews were conducted via phone calls.
Parent #1 stated that the facility management does not communicate with the parents and that there is no support from the facility. It was also stated from P1 that the staff seem overwhelmed. P7 stated that the teachers at the facility seemed overwhelmed and had a really hard time at the facility. P7 also stated that there was lot of fighting and hitting going on the facility and instead of the facility handling it, the children are just moved around to different classrooms.

Based on interviews conducted and statements from Staff and Parents, the allegation of personal rights that the children were not accorded dignity in relationships with staff and other persons is unsubstantiated. The allegation may have happened or is valid, but there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

An exit interview was conducted with interim director, Lisa Kathleen. This report was reviewed, and a copy provided. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days in a prominent area.
