Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeremey met with Assistant Director Alicia Eline for the purpose of a Plan of Correction inspection.

Upon arriving, LPAs observed three infants supervised by one staff member in one room, and four infants supervised by one staff member in another room.

During today’s inspection, LPA observed the infant classrooms and review transcripts for infant teachers. LPA observed that the staff supervising children at the time of inspection had infant/toddler units. LPA observed that the other infant staff included on the staff schedule for infant classrooms also had infant/toddler units. The Type A Citation issued on 10/22/2019 has been cleared. A POC letter will be provided.

This report was reviewed with the Assistant Director and a Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
