13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Director Melissa Brandeberry via Tele-conference using the FaceTime application to deliver the findings and close a complaint investigation regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed two infants with one teacher. It was alleged that at times infants were left alone unsupervised or without qualified staff. LPA interviewed staff and reviewed documents pertaining to the investigation. Based on LPAs' investigation, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met therefore, the above allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. LPA sent a copy of the report, appeal rights and Notice of Site visit to be posted for 30 days via email. Director sent an email back confirming that she received the report acting as her virtual signature.
