On July 11th, 2022, at 12:30 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with Director Andreana Thornsberry for the purpose of a Plan of Correction inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection was to clear the Type A citation that was issued on July 6th, 2022, when LPA observed the center operating out of ratio.

Upon arriving today, LPA observed the following census. Eight infants supervised by two staff in Infant Room A, eight infants supervised by two staff in Infant Room B, and eight napping infants being supervised by an aide.

LPA observed a qualified teacher with infant units working alongside and aide, and withing the proper ratios during today’s inspection.

The Type A Citation is considered cleared and the licensee is now in compliance. A POC letter was provided.

This report was reviewed with the Director Andreana Thornsberry, and a Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
