On June 14, 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lea Habtom arrived at Little School House regarding a complaint. LPA Lea Habtom met with director Misty Meachim for an unannounced case management inspection . During the inspection for the complaint, Director, Misty Meachim, informed LPA Lea Habtom that she has corrected the deficiencies cited on May 24, 2023. LPA Lea Habtom verified that the two staff members have current mandated reporter certificates and that the two staff members have proof of measles. LPA Lea Habtom provided director with the plan of correction letters.


This report was reviewed with director, Misty Meachim. No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights given.
