On February 18th, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeremey McClain and Lea Habtom met with Director Malkie Korik for the purpose of a Case Management Inspection.

Seven children were present during the inspection with one staff member.

During an annual inspection on 01/03/2022, a technical advisory was given regarding the condition of the nap mats that were observed. LPA advised Director to order new nap cots as the current mats had tears, rips, and foam exposed.

LPAs returned today to observe the condition of the nap cots. LPAs observed 12 new cots and Director showed proof that 10 additional nap cots were ordered. LPA advised Director that eight additional nap cots or mats should be ordered to meet the capacity of the license. Director agreed to provide proof once additional cots have been ordered.

LPA reviewed this report with the Director and an exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and should remain posted for 30 days.
