LPA Amanda Blesi met with Program Director Janine Cooper via phone due to State of Emergency, Shelter in Place COVID-19. The CDI after school program is requesting permission to temporarily use room #39 on the Rocklin Elementary School Campus while the air conditioning unit is replaced in their regular classroom. Room 39 will be utilized by 10 school age children. Ms. Cooper estimates the repair to be completed by June 19, 2020 at which time they will return to their regular classroom.

LPA has received a copy of the school fire clearance and is approving the temporary use of room #39 during the repair period. Ms. Cooper shall notify LPA when the repair is complete and the children move back to their regular classroom.

Notice of Site Visit provided via email and shall be posted for 30 days.
