1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	Due to COVID-19, On 02/15/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Giselle Carbullido conducted a Case Management inspection to provide technical assistance. The facility was temporarily closed on January 7, 2022 due to COVID 19 and has recently reopened on January 24, 2022. LPA Carbullido met with Director Toni Rangel; toured the facility and took a census was taken. During the inspection, LPA reviewed and discussed COVID-19 guidelines, resources, and postings with Director. At 11:55AM LPA observed health screen station for drop off, installed hand sanitizer dispensers at each class room, and separate entry and exit gates for parents. COVID-19 information posters including hand-washing posters were observed in child care areas and bathroom. The Facility representative was advised to follow the child care industry guidelines on face coverings, sanitation and other infection prevention measures.
