On 7/21/2022 at 9:10am LPAs Jeanette Sanchez and Laura Mejorado made a case management inspection to ensure Facility Representatives Druscilla Craven and Angela Morway received the Legal Amended Proposed Decision and Decision and Order effective 8/01/22, for the revocation of the Child Care Center license. LPAs reviewed and explained the Amended Proposed Decision and Order to both facility representatives, and issued a copy of the documents. Both facility representatives told LPAs that they received the Amended Proposed Decision and Decision and Order and understand the findings.

There were 33 day care children present during the inspection and both facility representatives stated they understand they no longer can provide child care after 7/31/22. It was also discussed with both facility representatives that a copy of the Amended Proposed Decision is to be provided to each parent and a LIC 9224 placed in children’s file confirming receipt of the document by the parent.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Druscilla Craven and Angela Morway.
