On the above date and time, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeanette Sanchez and Lorena Valenzuela arrived at the facility to confirm that the facility is no longer operating.

LPAs toured the facility and noted 6 children, ages 4-5 years old. Per staff, children are enrolled in the private elementary school. LPAs verified the preschool closed effective 8/1/2022.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was provided to Druscilla Craven and Angela Morway.
