On September 17, 2019, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Giselle Carbullido and Ana Noble arrived to conduct a case management visit per Licensee request to remeasure the school age program for capacity and identifying classrooms used for the School Age Program due to an updated facility sketch and changes the room numbers. LPA’s toured and measured School Age Center -Classroom 3,4 and Classroom 7. LPA’S met with Kelli Murphy, Director. Days and hours of operation will be: Monday thru Friday; 7am am to 6:00pm. Current licensing capacity is 45. LPAs confirmed capacity for 45.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the Director. A copy of this report must be made available to the public for 3 years.
