13 | On 10/30/2024 at 11:32am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jeanette Sanchez and Naomi Hurtado arrived at the facility to provide complaint findings. LPA met with licensee Silveria Aguilar.
On 9/4/2024, a complaint allegation was reported to Community Care Licensing (CCL), stating that a daycare child sustained an unexplained injury while in care. Specifically that the child had two scratches on top of the elbow and on both arms. LPA Sanchez reviewed records and conducted interviews. While some interviews indicated that the child had sustained several unexplained injuries, other interviews stated that the injuries did not occur in the daycare facility and that the child arrived with injuries.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted, and this report was reviewed with the licensee Silveria Aguilar. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
