On June 3, 2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elyse Jones at Corona-Norco Family YMCA-Youth Center at Harada to conclude the investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA conducted a tour of the facility inside & outside. During the investigation interviews were conducted with pertinent parties and documentation was collected.

On March 3, 2022 a complaint was received alleging staff yells at daycare children. During interviews is was disclosed by several pertinent parties that staff does not yell at the children in care. Pertinent parties disclosed the staff raise their voices to gain control of the classroom when the environment is loud so they can redirect the children in care. Due to the conflict of information and individual perception, it was determined that the facility did not violate any Title 22 regulations.
