On May 14, 2024, at 11:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cindy Hamilton and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Carlos Martinez made an unannounced Case Management visit at Torres-Felix Family Child Care Home (FCCH) to deliver an amended report for complaint visit conducted on 05/9/2024. LPA and LPM met with licensees Melissa and Alexander Torres, the FCCH was toured, census taken and no health and safety issues were observed. LPA advised licensees the reason for the visit was to correct errors in the report pertaining to licensee's names.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights and a Notice of Site Visit were provided to licensees Melissa and Alexander Torres. Licensees were reminded the notice must be posted for 30 consecutive days.
