- Documentation of fire drills on file: Last drill conducted 2/14/20 per the emergency drill log
- Criminal record clearances are required prior to all adults living or working in a Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 per day the person has been present, may be assessed. All individuals subject to a criminal record review shall obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed home. This was verified on 4/29/20.
LPA discussed the following with the Licensee:
- 102417(g)(7) Operation of a Family Child Care Home: An emergency information card shall be maintained for each child ... and the parent's authorization for the licensee or registrant to consent to emergency medical care.
- 102417(g)(9)(A)(1)F Operation of a Family Child Care Home: All homes shall conduct fire and disaster drills at least once every six months and document the date and time of each drill
- 102423(a)(2) - Personal Rights. Each child shall be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishing and equipment.
- 102423(a)(1) - Personal Rights. Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff, residents and other persons.
- 102417(a) - 102417(a) Operation of a Family Child Care Home. The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times.
No deficiencies. LPA Robinson provided Licensee with a copy of this report and notice of site visit via email with an electronic “read receipt” . The electronic read receipt of the emailed report acknowledges receipt of this report and Notice of Site Visit. A copy of this report was emailed to Licensee during this Tele-inspection on April 30, 2020.
