25 | On the May 12, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ana Noble arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management-Incident inspection to follow-up on Unusual Incident Report (UIR) received by the Department. The UIR is dated 4/29/2022. LPA met with Analilia Ramirez, Licensee to discuss the incident. A tour of the facility was granted, and census was conducted.
It was reported that Child (C1), was left in a pooped and wet diapers on more than 3 occasions. LPA conducted interview with Ms. Ramirez. Licensee denied that C1 had been left in dirty diapers on more than 3 occasions, which caused a diaper rash. However Licensee admitted that on one occasion C1 had been checked before napping, upon child waken up child had gone poop in their diaper. Licensee immediately changed child's diaper upon waking up from nap. Licensee notice a little redness, but not a rash. Upon C1 being picked on this date child was not picked up by C1's parent. Child had been picked up by another authorized representative (W1). Licensee notified W1 of this information.
LPA determined that the facility was not in violation of Title 22 Regulations. There is no evidence to determined if C1 had sustained the diaper rashes at the facility or else where, due to C1 being left in dirty diapers which caused diaper rashes to C1.
Based on information gathered there were no citations issued during this visit found at this time. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report and appeal rights were reviewed and provided with Licensee, Analilia Ramirez.
