Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kim Leung and Lakesha Edwards arrived at the facility this date on 8/29/2019 conducting an inspection on the preschool program During inspection, LPAs toured the school-age activity areas taking census. Criminal record clearances were verified and staff-child interactions were observed. Facility was observed operating in compliance with ratio and supervision requirements at time of this inspection. As stated by licensee, no medication were stored for children at this time.

No deficiency was cited during this inspection.

Exit interview was conducted with licensee Delrine Tillekeratne. Notice of Site Visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.

A copy of this report was provided to the facility. This report must be made available at the facility for 3 years for public review upon request.
