25 | On October 10, 2022 at 02:23 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Anastasia Flores arrived at the facility to conduct an annual inspection as part of a compliance review. LPA toured and conducted inspection with licensee and her son Kevin Coronado. LPA toured the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed, and the following was observed and/or discussed:
· Normal days and hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday 12:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
· Off-limit areas include: all bedrooms, kitchen, garage, and right side of backyard.
· The facility is licensed to have no more than 14 children as a large FCCH and is operating within the licensed capacity and appropriate ratios.
· Appropriate supervision provided during this inspection (no children in care)
· A working telephone is present and the current phone number is on file
· A fully charged fire extinguisher (2A:10BC) was observed.
· A smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were present not tested during inspection due to being linked to the fire department
· All hazardous items are stored inaccessible to children in the garage
· Toxins are locked away from children in care.
· Weapons are not present as stated by licensee. Licensee understands all guns, weapons and ammunition must be key locked separately and made inaccessible per Title 22 Regulations
· Clean, safe and age appropriate toys; (there were cobwebs on the outside toys, but it has been too hot for children to play outdoors right now.)
· Current roster is not on file
