On 06/22/2021 at 09:47am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Destinee Hogue conducted an inspection with Director Monique Garcia. LPA arrived at the facility for a separate purpose. During today's inspection, LPA Hogue toured the facility inside and outside, took census of preschool children present at the facility, verified facility associations and discussed the purpose of today's inspection with Director.

No deficiencies were cited during this inspection.
