13 | On April 6,2022 at 09:31 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anastasia Flores met with Licensee’s husband, Joseph Edigin to deliver the findings of the above allegation. On February 16, 2022 at 10:17 AM, LPA’s S. Brewer and J Wilkerson conducted a health and safety inspection of the facility and no immediate concerns were noted. Copies of children’s roster, emergency identification forms (LIC700), sleeping logs for the children in care were obtained. Interviews were conducted with Licensee, and two confidential adult interviews.
On February 11, 2022 this agency received allegation that Child #1 (C1) was left in a soiled diaper on more than one occasion. Confidential interviews disclosed that C1 had to be changed in the car prior to leaving the facility due to C1 crying resulting in a diaper rash. Interview with licensee denied allegation of leaving children in a dirty diaper upon departure. Other confidential interviews revealed no concerns with the licensee and diapering of the children in care.
