On June 24, 2024, at approximately 1:15PM, Licensing Program Analyst, LPA, Perez arrived at the facility to deliver findings for the above allegation. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Kim Hunt. There was a census of 8 children in care, with two staff (Director and teacher).

Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed multiple teachers, spoke to the director, obtained relevant information and interviewed several parents.
LPA found the the facility has a schedule of when children's diapers are changed, which begins in the morning hours of the children's arrival, during lunchtime and around nap time, and at the end of the day. The facility will also change diapers if there is a need to do so between regular diaper checks. LPA also found through interviews with parents, there was no concerns stemming from them, who had children in diapers. Parents explained that they were pleased with the care provided and did not feel the facility was neglectful when conducting diaper checks. LPA did find that when a family had a special request for diaper changing, it was honored, such as having a female teacher change a female child's diaper.
