On Wednesday, July 27th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelly Ferrara and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Natalie Dunaway came to the facility to conduct a case management inspection and met with Facility Representative Michelle Burns. LPA and LPM observed there were no children present today.

During today's inspection, LPA and LPM toured the facility and observed all water fixtures. LPA and LPM spoke to Facility Representative regarding the use of hand washing fixtures. LPA and LPM observed a water cooler in the office that is used to fill children's water bottles throughout the day. LPA and LPM provided the Lead testing directives PIN 21-21-CCP.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to the Facility Representative. Notice of site visit was provided and it must remain posted for 30 days.
