Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Keven Peters met with the Education Content Specialist, Judy Ellis, to conduct a case management visit for a capacity increase. LPA toured the facility, no children were in care. Facility requests the addition of Room C1 to previously licensed Room C2 for an increase of capacity to the license from 24 preschool children to 48 preschool children. LPA has received the required fire clearance for the new capacity of 48 children and is on file with the Licensing Agency.

Room C2 of the facility was previously measured during the pre-licensing visit and none of the usable space within the facility has changed since licensure.

Indoor Activity Space
The indoor play space was measured. Total square footage of the indoor play space in Room C1 measures at 1191.2 square feet. The indoor square feet will accommodate the requested increase in capacity of 24 children.

Outdoor Active Space
The outdoor play area is fenced. There are shaded areas including canopies, awnings, and trees. The outdoor activity space was measured. Total = 19570.07 square feet, sufficient outdoor activity space to accommodate the total capacity of 48 preschool aged children.

Effective today, Wednesday, August 7th, 2019, LPA Guerra is granting a capacity increase for up to 48 preschool aged children.
