Due to COVID-19 pandemic, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mai Lor conducted a case management tele-inspection via FaceTime with Director Leah Sarmiento. The purpose of this case management is to follow-up on a unusual incident report (UIR) received in the Sacramento Regional Office on 1/8/2020. LPA Lor discussed and obtained clarification regarding the UIR.

No Title 22 Regulations cited. Exit interview conducted. In lieu of director’s signature, LPA Lor is emailing the director a copy of this report and notice of site visit with a read receipt request.
