13 | On August 4th, 2021 at approximately 11:45 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with Director Chris Padilla to conduct a complaint investigation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 14 school age children supervised by 1 teacher. It was alleged that the facility is not requiring children to wear face masks. LPA conducted an interview with the director and observed that children present today were not wearing face masks. LPA determined the allegation was substantiated based on the evidence gathered during today’s inspection.
Based on the findings, a technical violation was issued. An exit interview was conducted, and a Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
