Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the director, Paula Ritter, for a case management inspection. Purpose of the inspection was explained.

The facility self reported that on November 30, 2021, the facility was notified by two families that their child had respiratory syncytial virus. During today's inspection, LPA interviewed the director and found that after learning about the virus, the facility informed all of the parents about the virus. Per director, the facility disinfected the infant classroom and toddler classroom, before reopening. Per director, there has been no new case of the virus.

Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the director. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain poster for next 30 days.
