25 | On April 20, 2023 an unannounced plan of correction inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Lea Habtom and Michelle Pascual. The purpose of today’s visit is to follow up on the deficiencies assessed on April 11, 2023. LPAs met with designated staff member Lucia Vargas. All staff members present today have fingerprint clearances and associations.
The census for today was 26 infants being supervised by 3 fully qualified staff with infant units and 5 aides in the infant and toddler classrooms. Based on today's census, LPA's confirmed that the facility is in ratio with fully qualified staff to children in care. During today's inspection LPA's were able to clear the deficiency cited for the case management inspection cited on April 11, 2023 and for the complaint dated March 14, 2023.
In the areas that were evaluated, there were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Lucia Vargas. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. |
