13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Director, Tia Romero, to close a complaint investigation, regarding the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA observed 17 Children with two teachers. During the investigation LPA made observations, collected documents and conducted interviews with the complainant, parents and staff of the facility. During the interviews, parents did not disclose evidence of children sustaining unexplained injuries. A parent disclosed that they received incident reports for all the incidents that occurred with their child. During staff interviews staff stated that they position themselves in areas where they can see all the children during care. LPA observed positioning that allowed staff to observe all the children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
There were no Title 22 deficiencies during today’s investigation. An exit interview was conducted and a Notice of Site Visit posted.
