On July 18, 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lea Habtom arrived at Northwood Elementary School to provide the amended report for the complaint delivered on July 12, 2023. The investigation report was amended due to a few minor changes to the write of the report. The outcome of the investigation has not been impacted due to the amended report. Babcock State Preschool relocated for the summer to Northwood Elementary. LPA Lea Habtom later met with staff Nicole Schlie, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Coordinator, Jeanne Gardner, ECE Program Specialist, and Corrie Buckmaster, Director of Early Learning, at the school front office conference room. The census for today is 11 preschool children being supervised by 3 staff. All staff present today have fingerprint clearances and associations.

No Title 22 regulations were cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with Corrie Buckmaster. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided.
