LPA Pascual met with the Centers Manager Karen Hamman and Site Supervisor Hector Ramos on June 3rd, 2022, for the purpose of a capacity increase and to license the preschool room #2. The Fire Marshall approved the center for a capacity increase to 45 preschool aged children. Upon measuring the preschool room 2, it was found to be at 40' X 22'10"


The preschool room 2 has one bathroom and one sink, therefore it can only be licensed for a total of 15 children. The center's capacity will change to 45 total. The preschool room #2 will be officially licensed for 15 preschool aged children. The original preschool room is currently in operation.


The classroom is set up and ready to use with play equipment in good repair, cots, furniture, the correct size fire extinguisher, cubbies for children's belongings, rugs, tables and chairs, storage space, refrigerator, changing table and a board for all licensing documents.

LPA measured the outside play yards and found the measurements to be:

Play yard 1 : 68 X 63
Play yard 2: 160' X 41'3"
Play yard 3: 107' X 41' 3"

The outdoor play space has a fence separating play yard 1 from the remaining play yards 2 & 3. The total amount of children that it can accommodate is 206.

The preschool children in both of the preschool classrooms, will have different outdoor schedules.

For the purpose of licensing, the preschool rooms will be defined as "Original" preschool room, located in the front and the newly licensed preschool room for 15 pre-school aged children will be named "preschool room 2."

Effective today, June 3rd, 2022, preschool room 2 is officially licensed for 15 pre-school aged children. Total enrolled capacity for the center is now 45
