Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Goodell met with director Cheria Daniels for a case management inspection to obtain director's signature for Annual Inspection Report that was conducted on 1/30/20. During inspection LPA observed no children in care due to facility closed for care on first Friday's of each month.

No Title 22 deficiency cited. Report reviewed and provided copies. Appeal Rights also issued and discussed. Notice of Site Visit issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
