13 | On July 27, 2021, at approximately 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alize Tillery met with Assistant Site Supervisor Rommel Aguil, to deliver the complaint findings for the above allegation. During today’s visit, LPA observed 30 children in care, supervised by 8 staff.
Investigator Christen Krogstad from the Department’s Investigation Branch (IB) conducted the complaint investigation. The complaint alleged that there was a lack of supervision, resulting in inappropriate interactions between day-care children. IB conducted interviews with children, parents and staff who oversee the children while in care.
Based on IB investigation and reports, LPA determined that the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met, therefore the above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted with Assistant Site Supervisor. This report, the appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit was provided to Assistant Site Supervisor. Supervisor understands that the Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days.
