Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tanya Washington and Rosie Pitts met with Director, Danielle Roberts, for a case management inspection to clear citations issued on 12/12/2019
for unqualified staff providing care for infants. The facility was also cited for utilizing the napping area as an activity area.
During today's inspection, LPAs observed 2 staff providing care and supervision to 8 infants in the activity area. Director stated that the facility no longer utilizes the napping area as an activity space.

The deficiency issued on the 12/12/2019 visit was cleared, and a Proof of Correction (POC) letter was printed and provided to the Director.

LPAs reviewed the report with the director and an exit interview was conducted. No deficiencies were observed during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was issued and shall remain posted for 30 days.
