32 | Staff indicated that the children are regularly changed and that they wash their hands before and after each child. Parents interviewed stated that they do not have any concerns with diapering needs and some parents indicated that they have witnessed staff wash their hands during diaper changes.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. In addition, the information obtained conflicts with the information provided by the complainant. Based on this information, the allegations are unsubstantiated.
