On 02/09/2023 at approximately 10:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Arianna Manabat met with Director Robin Kemmer to deliver complaint findings for the allegation mentioned above. LPA observed 20 children in care being supervised by 7 staff.

It was alleged that staff did not meet daycare child's diapering needs and that the facility was not clean and sanitary. Through interviews with staff members, Reporitng Party, Director, and record review, LPA Manabat has found that the floors are cleaned and mopped daily. Per Director the floors are waxed and buffed every three months. LPA observed floors and found that the floors are cleared of debris and are sanitary.

Per interviews with staff members, Director, and Reporting Party (RP), LPA found staff members are changing children every two hours and will utilize rash cream when staff members see signs of a rash. Due to conflicting information from interviews Manabat has determined the complaint to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it. An exit interview was conducted and a Notice of site visit and appeal rights were assessed. The Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days for guardian/parental review.
