13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christopher Jackson and Salene Mayberry met with Director, Angie Chavez to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation.
It was alleged that “Lack of supervision resulting in inappropriate touching by children.” During the course of the investigation LPAs obtained documents and conducted interviews with various parents, staff, and children in care. Individuals who were interviewed provided conflicting statements about the level of supervision provided by staff.
Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation, the above allegation could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit Interview was conducted with the director. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. |
