Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelly Ferrara conducted a follow up complaint inspection at the facility and met with the Owner Vasubabu Kudupudi. During today's inspection there were three infant children present being supervised by three staff. LPA Ferrara interviewed the Owners, staff, and the reporting party during the investigation.
Regarding sanitary guidelines, consistent statements were made during interviews that the center and toys are cleaned frequently. Consistent statements were made that the children still in diapers are changed every two hours or as needed, and the changing mat is cleaned properly with each use, however this information differs from statements made by the reporting party. Regarding the way that staff interacts with the children in care, statements were made during interviews that were inconsistent about whether staff yell at the children or grab them as a form of discipline.
Based on the evidence obtained and observations made, LPA determined that the allegations were unsubstantiated, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it. Exit interview was conducted and Notice of Site was posted.
Unsubstantiated
