25 | On Thursday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 1:45 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Pascual met with Licensee, Lyudmila Vorontsov, for the purpose of an Annual Required inspection.
All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Upon arrival, no day care children were present in the home. Licensee has not had children in care since July 2022- but wishes to remain open and active.
Operating hours are from 6:00 AM through the evening hours, for 24-hours but will not provide care to one family for 24-hours. Open Saturday and closed on Sunday.
LPA initiated a health and safety inspection of all areas accessible to children. Off-limits areas include three bedrooms, garage and garden area.
LPA observed a working phone, fire extinguisher, and functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Licensee stated there are no weapons in the home.
Toxic and hazardous items (detergents, cleaning compounds, medications, sharp utensils, items that could pose a danger to children in care) are properly stored and inaccessible to children.
The fireplace located in the living room is inaccessible to children, there are no stairs in the home. The outdoor play space is fenced. The Licensee understands that in unfenced outdoor areas, 100% supervision of children is required.
There are no bodies of water on the premises. Safe toys and play equipment are observed.
