Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marea Behvand met with Director Sandra Lee Ford for an unannounced case management tele-inspection to discuss concerns pertaining COVID-19 exposures at the facility. During the tele-inspection LPA observed a total of 33 day care children with a total of 6 staff members. LPAs interviewed the Director and video toured the facility through FaceTime.

No deficiencies were observed In the areas that were evaluated, at the time of the visit. An exit interview was conducted and a Notice of Site Visit was posted.
