On April 8th, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Licensee, Sonya Harris, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction inspection. The purpose of today’s inspection was explained. LPA observed a census of two children in care being supervised by the Licensee.

On 03/26/2024, the Facility was cited a Type A deficiency under 102425(b), for not being in compliance with safe sleep regulations.

During today’s inspection, LPA observed the licensee was following safe sleep regulations and cribs or play yards were free from all loose articles, objects, and blankets.

LPA observed the Licensee has met their plan of correction and the deficiency has been cleared.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Sonya Harris. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
