25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christopher Bello and Mai Lor conducted random annual inspection. LPA met with teacher Yolinda Ortega-Hackett. Site Coordinator Tiffany Davidson was notified and arrived approximately 30 minutes later. This facility is located on Witter Ranch Elementary school. The facility operates Monday through Friday on half day programs from 8:00am – 11:00am and 12:00pm – 3:00pm. The facility provides snacks for both programs.
LPAs toured the facility including all activity/classroom areas and the isolation area. LPAs reviewed care and supervision of children, staffing ratios, health related services, furniture, equipment, drinking water and food service provisions. The facility has bathrooms in the classrooms which are all clean and functioning.

Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Family Child Care Homes Section 102417. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA provided the Community Care Licensing’s website www.ccld.ca.gov, so the licensee can obtain updated licensing information, new regulations and access forms. LPA advised licensee of their responsibility to stay current in regards to new regulations.
