25 | LPAs Pitts met with licensee Lyudmila Khrupin for the purpose of an annual random inspection. The facilities’ hours of operation are 6:30 AM to 6:00PM Monday – Friday. The facilities annual fees are current. Upon arrival, Licensee, 12 day care children, and licensees' 2 assistants were also present during the inspection. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. A health and safety evaluation was conducted in all areas accessible to children. Off-limits areas include the entire 2nd floor, the only bedroom downstairs located next to the playroom (converted garage), and the storage yard. LPAs observed a working phone, 3A40BC fire extinguisher, first aid kit and functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The stairs in the home are appropriately barricaded. Per licensee, there are no weapons in the home. No children were observed in parked cars. There are no accessible bodies of water on the premises. Toxic and hazardous items are inaccessible to children. Safe toys and comfortable accommodations were observed.
Licensee does not provide Incidental Medical Services (IMS) at this time.
