Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kristal Goodell and Kelly Ferrara met with director Jennifer Mccray for the purpose of a Plan of Correction inspection regarding deficiencies cited on 7/12/19. During today's inspection LPAs observed 12 infant children in the outdoor area with three staff members. Staff members present during inspection have obtained finger-print clearance through Community Care Licensing.

On 7/12/19 facility was cited for Personal Rights due to LPAs observed an infant strapped and asleep while sitting up in a stroller located in the outdoor area. Later during the inspection LPAs observed a second infant sleeping in directors arms. During today's inspection LPAs observed children napping in designated napping area. LPAs cleared deficiency.

On 7/12/19, facility cited for Teacher-Child Ratios and Teacher Qualifications and Duties due to LPAs observed an aide with no units and infant teacher with 5 infants in the infant room. In addition, there were no transcripts available to verify staff were qualified. During today's inspection, the Director who is fully qualified to care for infants was present with 12 infants and two other staff were being utilized as aides. Therefore LPAs cleared the deficiencies.

On 7/12/19, facility cited for Modifications to Infant Needs and Services Plan due to LPAs observed infant needs and services plans have not been updated quarterly. During today's inspection LPAs observed 4 out of 10 needs of services plans were not current. Therefore deficiency can not be cleared. CIVIL PENALTIES ASSESSED.

Report was reviewed with director and copy provided. Appeal rights were issued and discussed. Notice of Site visit issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
