13 | On 9/8/2022, at approximately 8:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alize Tillery arrived to the facility to conclude the complaint investigation, regarding the above allegation. Licensee was met by Licensee, Louvenia Lewis. Upon arrival, LPA observed 3 infant children, supervised by 1 staff member.
It was alleged that the facility does not keep floors clean from debris. Based on LPA observations during visits on 6/23/22, 7/21/22 and 9/8/22, the infant room floor appeared to be clean and free from debris. Based on staff interviews, the floor is deep cleaned every Friday by a Staff #1 with a power wash vacuum, and is cleaned with a standard vacuum daily.
Based on the investigation conducted, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. As a result, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
LPA reviewed the report with Directors and provided copies. Appeal Rights were issued and discussed. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and Director acknowledges it must remain posted for 30 days.
